Signing Up to Play:
We use Sign Up Genius for signing up to play. If you have an account with them, you need only to go to our home web page at https://ewga.weebly.com, click on “Sign-up“ to register for Eisenhower Women’s Golf Association. If you do not have a Sign Up Genius account you will be asked to create one using your email and a password.
Once you have established your account, you can either go to our webpage or your Sign Up Genius account to sign up. You will notice that the sign-up sheet is divided by time frames. (Early, middle, late) Enter your name in an open slot in the time frame of your choice. Be sure to hit “submit”. The tournament chair will create the foursomes and email them to the group the Sunday before play.
Sign-up Time Period
Sign-up sheets will be posted Sunday evenings, 10 days before day of play. It is first come basis. If you have problems signing up, please contact the Tournament chair(s) either by email, text or phone call. The Tournament chair(s) name is listed under officers. The sign-up sheet will be changed on Sunday, prior to the tee times being emailed out.
How to remove my name if I cannot play or I forgot to sign-up and a new sheet is already posted
During the 7 day period, you can remove your name if you cannot play. Simply, go the sign-up sheet, click on your name and back space to remove. Be sure to hit the “submit” button. If the sign-up sheet has been removed then contact the tournament chair directly. The easiest way is by email or text. She will acknowledge your request.
If you are wishing to be added after the sign-up sheet has been replaced and the tee times have been emailed to the group, again send a request to the tournament chair by email or text. She will schedule you if there is an opening. There may be times when scheduling a late player is difficult due to events or there are no openings. However, every effort will be made. All requests must be made by no later than Tuesday.
Players should check their emails on Tuesday for possible changes to foursomes and/or tee times.
Wednesday: League Day
Please arrive at the course 30 minutes before your tee time.

Please arrive at the course 30 minutes before your tee time.
- Check in at the pro shop when you pay. They will have a list of foursomes and tee times that were send by the tournament chair.
- Be sure to check-in with the starter who will check off players.
- If you need to cancel Wednesday morning, you need to call the pro shop. You may also wish to text the tournament chair.
